Innovation through Collaboration with People and AI

It all began in China, when I served as Israel’s Head of Economic Mission to South China, the country’s “Silicon Valley.” In that role, I worked with China’s leading tech companies: mobile manufacturers, internet giants, while guiding hundreds of Israeli startups and companies seeking to enter the Chinese market.
My mission was to connect worlds: on one side, a production and innovation powerhouse at unrivaled scale; on the other, an Israeli ecosystem built on ideas, creativity, and boldness.
Chinese partners were interested only in real, non-replicable value. That pushed me and everyone I worked with to sharpen true differentiation.
Differentiation is born from creativity and innovation: turning core technology into context-specific value across very different, sometimes even opposing, markets. Over the years, I developed a method that enables both sides to co-create innovation together, not just close a deal.
I carried this approach into a global tech corporation, leading global strategic partnerships in new, fast-changing markets. I learned that what works across cultures also works across teams, small start-ups, and big companies with different organizational cultures. Wherever there are people, there’s a need to understand, connect, and create together. That’s something no AI can replace.
Today, in a world where technology and AI risk making everything look the same, I focus on the opposite question: how do we protect human differentiation, creative ability to solve problems, think differently, connect distant dots, and transform what already exists into something new, surprising, and meaningful?
I am the creator and host of the podcast “Better Than Your Creator: AI & Creativity,” a co-founder of a creativity-focused startup, and I bring this method into workshops and talks.

According to the World Economic Forum, more than half of all future roles will require creative thinking.
Paradoxically, the overuse, or misuse of artificial intelligence may actually weaken that very ability.
LLMs face a built-in limitation: they generate outputs that are increasingly similar and low in differentiation.
Our human advantage lies in creativity: in the ability to think differently, connect distant dots, and create genuine value.
To stay relevant, organizations must cultivate a culture that encourages diverse thinking and internal innovation fostering collaboration and co-creation (Internnovation).
In this talk, which combines insights from my podcast “Better Than Your Creator: AI & Creativity” with stories from working alongside hundreds of entrepreneurs, we’ll explore how to turn technology into a catalyst rather than replacmeent for creativity.
We’ll uncover how teams can build an organizational culture of innovation through collaboration, both with technology and with people.
Who is this talk for? CEOs, Creators, founders and Employees who wish to strengthen their creative edge in the age of AI.

The INTERNNOVATION workshop introduces a unique model that bridges strategic thinking with external innovation, all grounded in human-centered collaboration.
Based on interdisciplinary experience across fields such as diplomacy, business and strategic partnerships, entrepreneurship, content creation, and open innovation strategy, the model emphasizes the comparative advantage of each and every individual.
Who is it For?
This workshop is designed for cross-functional teams, innovation units, product and R&D teams, strategy leaders, and any group working across silos within an organization.
By aligning diverse stakeholders around shared goals and unlocking the creative potential within each individual, it lays the groundwork for faster decision-making, more adaptive planning, and a lasting culture of innovation.
I work on innovation and partnerships. I led Israel’s Economic Mission in South China and later managed global alliances at HP’s Graphic Solutions Business. Previously, I built entrepreneurship programs for SMBs and worked hands-on with hundreds of business owners to move from idea to early traction, making differentiation and original thinking practical, testable, and measurable. My guiding principle: turn creativity into moves that matter. I now lead and co-found a startup that helps teams generate original ideas with AI and host a podcast on creativity and AI.
